In our tests, the s9+ maneuvered over obstacles such as tables and power cables effortlessly and never lost its charge or got stuck. It lacks the hazard-avoidance capabilities of newer models, and can become caught in tassels of rug and other obstacles that it isn't able to see.

The s9+ features an uniform front, which is not the case with the majority of circular robots. It also has a squared-off front that helps it reach corners better than models with rounded fronts. The j7+ has an extremely small onboard bin which means that it will have to return to the dock and empty itself often if you have a large home. The J7+ can be stored easily. The included all-in one Clean Base comes with a charging dock as well as an external dustbin, as well as an internal bin in which the j7+ can store dirt.

5. Eufy 11s

The Eufy 11s is a small elegant robot vacuum that provides an excellent value for the money. It comes with a large dirt container and can run for extended periods of time, and is effective in taking out pet hair. It's not easy to maintain and navigation is a major issue. It does not have voice control or a companion app, however, it does have a simple to use remote. It doesn't notify you when the dust bin is full. You'll need to check it often.

The eufy is superior to the Bobsweep Bob Pro in most ways, but it's not as effective as the iRobot Roomba 694 in many others. The irobot roomba vacuum mop is better-built, uses fewer parts that require regular maintenance, has a HEPA filter, lasts longer on a single charge and provides better cleaning performance on floors that are bare and low- and high-pile carpet. It also comes with a smarter navigation system that can maneuver around obstacles and more advanced automation features, such as boundary strips.

Although the eufy remains an excellent choice, I recommend the iRobot Roomba 900 Series for the majority of users. The iRobot is more durable, easier to maintain, has a bigger dustbin, and provides superior performance on all surface types. It is also more efficient to recharge and has longer battery life.

The eufy robot is superior to the ILIFE A4s but not as good as the top-end models like the Roborock S7 maxV Ultra. The iRobot is built better, has a larger dustbin and has lower recurring costs. It also has a more sophisticated navigation algorithm that can maneuver over obstacles and has more advanced automation capabilities, including boundary strips. The irobot combo also sucks up pet hair more efficiently, and it's easier to maintain than the Eufy.
